The saga continues...
Dear Mr Oliver
Thanks for your letter following on from our recent correspondence.
I'm sorry you remain unhappy with my response regarding the colouring of the crisp packaging. As I say I have passed your feedback on to our Buying Team.
Indeed, following on from your recent letter I've spoken with my colleague, the Product Manager. She has advised me that with flat crisps, the colouring follows the leading brand for that range, as does the crinkle cut. As the leading brands for each range are diferent, then the crisps are coloured accordingly.
I realise that this is not the answer you were hoping for but the team has no plans to change the colour for the foreseeable future.
Thanks again for getting in touch.
Yours sincerely
Tony Dixon
Asda Service Team
There is an arrogance in this letter in that Asda seem determined to never admit to being wrong. With this in mind I would ask that everybody writes to complain to Tony Dixon and complain about the fact that they have the colours the wrong way round on their Smart Price crisps. The correct order of things is cheese and onion flavoured crisps go in green bags and salt and vinegar belong in blue. The address is:
