I went for a perusal of Rob's Record Mart, and while in there I came up with a brilliant idea that I will have to suggest to the owner, Rob. His shop is home to a wonderful range of music, spanning genres and eras, yet he had Radio One playing. What Rob's Record Mart needs is an in house DJ on a Saturday. Saturday is always a big day for shopping in general, and record shops are like a creche for men to be left in while their wives or girlfriends buy clothes and bubble bath, so the shop is making money as you can't leave a record shop without buying something. A DJ, with proper twin turntables, could build an entire set list just using the stuff available in the shop, running around to find the next song. If a customer asked what he was playing, rather than tell him, he could sell it to them.
I am a genius, and this is what a genius looks like.
